Etsy Treasuries

September 26, 2011

Oh, stop me now. I just discovered how to make treasury lists on Etsy. Basically, you compile lists and photos of 16 items on Etsy that you like and arrange them in a collection. Then…you save it. Then people look at it. There’s nothing more to it, except the elusive and tempting promise that treasuries could help you make connections and generate interest in your shop. Really, it is just fun finding things that look great. Here is my latest- “cabochon” accessories (those resin flowers) are so popular on Etsy right now, and I really like the range of colours and applications that people are using them in.

‘Lovely Cabochon’ by lunchhourcrafts

The term “cabochon” is used to describe glass or resin intricate floral charms that feature a flat back (among other descriptors). In other words- lovely!
